I chose to major in business primarily because it makes good money and I’ll have a variety of job options. My brother and parents had a huge influence on this because they have majored in business and are all very successful. I look up to my oldest brother a lot and I’ve seen how far he’s come with his career which inspired me to try to do what he did. Seeing that my older brother is now making money and being successful motivates me to study and do my best when it comes to school. I am very passionate about fitness and health so my other choice was going to be nutrition. I really wanted to go into nutrition but I wouldn’t have many options for jobs once I graduated or it would be harder for me to find a job where I make good money. I plan on minoring in nutrition and my dream is to build a business based around that. Honestly, I have no interest in my major other than making money out of it once I graduate and get a job. My dream job is to have my own business where I can be active and working out all the time while making money but I want to be doing something I love. I’m not exactly sure how I will get there but I’m going to try. Majoring in business will make this dream a lot more attainable. I don’t want to spend the rest of my life working at a desk all day.
