She Is Our Home; Our Earth
The Earth is home to all of us. Humans, animals, plants, and many more.
She is home. She has created beautiful scenery for us.
From mountain ranges to the tropical islands and clear blue ocean.
She has created a home for us. She has created many places to travel.
Can’t forget about the deserts and the jungles that hold many exotic animals.
She helped those animals grow and prosper.
We have to protect her. Without her, there is no us.
As she is home to all of us. We are destroying her.
Greenhouse gases have began our planet to heat up.
She is beginning to heat up more and more. This is making her angry.
Hurricanes begin to intensify.
Coral reefs begin to die off or become bleached.
And there is no turning back.
She can’t recover if we don’t help her. She will begin to break down and let animals go extinct and our oceans will begin to rise.
Land will begin to go under water and natural disasters will take out many people.
She won’t be our home anymore. She will become a memory, as will we.
Without her, there is no us. We have to begin to protect her.
We will lose everything if we do not help our earth. And it will be our fault.
She will not be our home if we let climate change kill her.
We are letting our earth burn up.
Help us. Humans need to help each other.
