Cruelty free or not tested on animals means that the products they produce are not tested on animals in the process. A lot of manufactures test their products on animals to see how toxic it is and many animals get burned and hurt throughout the process. They do this because animals are the closest thing they have to human skin or hair. They believe it will react the same and they can see if it is good or bad. To get a product verified as cruelty free it has to sign a document of PETA’s that provides assurance that they will not conduct any experiments of their product, ingredients and formulations on animals. While trying to build their product they use animals as a tester. I wrote an article on animal welfare last week and this has a lot to do with it. It is a form of abuse when these big corporations use bunnies or any kind of animal to test products on. Testing products on an animals can burn their skin or even kill them. When a product is not tested on animals it is aware of animals rights and does not want any harm caused towards that animal or any of them. I support many companies and products that are cruelty free or not tested on animals because I don’t believe animals should be used for that no matter what. Everyone should be concerned with a product if they don’t see one of those signs on the bottle in my opinion.
